Update: On April 27, Garfield County Public Health amended the Friday, April 24 “Roadmap to Reopening” to align with the State of Colorado Safer at Home Executive order. Garfield County will align to allow medical, dental, and veterinary offices to reopen under strict social distancing precautions for elective procedures.
Interviews and presentations on the Garfield County Roadmap to Recovery:
Monday, April 27 at 3 pm Yvonne Long, Garfield County Public Health Director, will “virtually” go live with Glenwood Springs Mayor Jonathan Godes, to discuss the Garfield County COVID-19 Roadmap to Reopening. Tune in to “chat” in your questions. Video recordings will be available after the event on the City of Glenwood Springs Facebook Page.
Tuesday, April 28 at 9 am Josh Williams, Environmental Health Director at Garfield County Public Health, will provide an overview and answer questions related to the transition to “Safer at Home” and what that means specifically for businesses located in Garfield County.
